Ryley Humrighouse
Owner, CF-L2 Trainer, ISSA CPT

Ryley is the owner and head coach of Westbound CrossFit, bringing years of competitive CrossFit experience and expert coaching to every class. Known for pushing athletes safely within their capacity, he ensures every member receives personalized attention, whether in a group setting or one-on-one. Expect clear cues, technique-focused guidance, and motivating coaching designed to help you reach your CrossFit and functional fitness goals. Fun fact: Ryley is most likely to run the best CrossFit gym in Littleton, Colorado, creating a community where results, safety, and energy meet.
Aaron Haran
CF-L3 Trainer, USAW-1, PNL1

Aaron is known for his energetic and interactive coaching style. He loves giving detailed cues to perfect form, leading classes with enthusiasm, and keeping every workout engaging and fun. Aaron is famous for talking louder than the music—no matter how loud it is—to make sure every athlete gets the guidance they need. With a mix of humor, experience, and dedication, he helps members of all levels improve performance, safety, and confidence in CrossFit.


Loni Huston-Eizenga
CF-L2 Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach

Loni specializes in helping members of all levels feel confident through proper scaling and personalized adjustments during every workout. She also provides expert nutrition guidance to support fitness goals both inside and outside the gym. Known for her fun, engaging personality, she’s the coach most likely to ask about your spirit animal mid-WOD, making every CrossFit session memorable and fun.
Jenn Stockdale
CF-L2 Trainer, 1:1 Trainer, Olympic Weightlifting Coach

Jenn specializes in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and technique-focused drills, helping athletes perfect form and maximize performance safely. Her enthusiasm and dedication are evident in every class, creating an environment where members are challenged, motivated, and supported. Fun fact: no matter the weather, Jenn is most likely to be rocking her signature pants, bringing focus, energy, and a love for coaching to every CrossFit session.


Bryn Williams
CF-L1 Trainer

Bryn is known for her positive, encouraging coaching style. She excels at motivating members of all levels, always challenging you to reach your next milestone safely. She has a keen eye for technique and isn’t afraid to add a little extra weight to your bar—only when she knows you can handle it. Her approach ensures every workout is both effective and confidence-building, helping athletes achieve their CrossFit and fitness goals.
Rachel Orosz
CF-L1 Trainer
